Creative Content Lead

We’re Hiring! Creative Content Lead | Beauty & Makeup Industry

Location: Dubai

Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | Immediate Start

We’re looking for someone passionate about beauty, with a strong eye for makeup trends and proven experience managing social media for beauty or fashion brands.

The role involves working with Zeena Feygina’s personal brand and the Academy.

Style — Vogue clean beauty + editorial calm tone.

On-site presence required 5 days per week at The Tower Plaza Hotel.

What You’ll Do:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn;

Capture and edit photos and videos for social media (reels, stories, behind the scenes, etc.);

Design visuals using Canva and other creative tools (Photoshop is a plus);

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity;

Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

You must be able to:

* build a story through movement and detail

* edit Reels with rhythm and ease — no rush or noise

* maintain a clean, refined visual taste

* write and speak with precision and calm confidence

* structure creative work clearly and elegantly

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in social media content creation or management;

Previous experience in the beauty industry (makeup field preferred);

Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of Photoshop is a strong advantage;

Skilled in video editing and photo retouching (using mobile or desktop apps);

Excellent attention to detail and understanding of current beauty content trends;

Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite;

Strong communication skills in English;

Creative, organized, and reliable.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday to Saturday
