Position Title: Creative Content Lead / Engagement Strategist
Job Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Satellite Town Rawalpindi

We are looking for a Creative Content Lead / Engagement Strategist who can craft impactful brand narratives, drive engagement, and lead innovative campaigns across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative content strategies to promote multiple brands daily across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Lead content ideation and campaign planning, brainstorming viral concepts, storytelling angles, and themes aligned with brand objectives.
  • Design, manage, and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and timely posting.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers and video editors to produce engaging visuals, reels, and social media-first content.
  • Build and implement engagement strategies, including community management, influencer collaborations, interactive campaigns, and UGC initiatives.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks for all content, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, formatting, links, branding, and platform-specific rules before publishing.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, follower growth), and prepare actionable reports to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews, messages, and mentions to support reputation management and brand voice.
  • Stay ahead of global social media trends, viral marketing tactics, and algorithm changes to ensure brands remain competitive and relevant.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met for planning, content approvals, design workflow, and scheduling, maintaining organized records of approvals, reports, and archives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media content strategy and brand engagement.
  • Strong creative sense for campaign storytelling and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills (English & Urdu preferred).
  • Experience in running and optimizing social media ads is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success in growing brands through social and content-driven campaigns (portfolio/case studies required).
