Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to manage the social media and branding presence across multiple fields: luxury interior design, personal branding, coaching & masterclasses, and wellness/sauna design.

The role is ideal for someone passionate about design, lifestyle, and social media trends, with strong creative and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage monthly content calendars across different brands.
• Design Instagram posts, reels covers, carousels, and stories (Canva/Adobe).
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
• Research trends to integrate into content.
• Ensure each brand’s visual identity and tone of voice is consistent.
• Track analytics and share insights to optimize performance.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media/content creation.
• Strong design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Video editing skills (CapCut/Final Cut/Adobe Premiere).
• Creative writing and storytelling ability.
• Passion for design, wellness, and personal growth.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple brands at once.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (depending on experience).
