Job Overview

Ravisn LTD is looking for a creative and fast-paced Creative Content Video Editor to produce high-quality marketing content using AI tools, short-form videos, ad creatives, captions, scripts, and content ideas for multiple clients. You should be able to turn briefs into scroll-stopping content that drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Create Reels, Shorts, and other content using AI tools (text-to-video, voice, avatars, b-roll)
• Generate static and video ad creatives for Meta platforms
• Write hooks, captions, scripts, and CTA-based ad copy
• Produce multiple variations per idea for A/B testing

Editing & Production

• Edit short videos using CapCut (Premiere Pro / After Effects is a plus)
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, trending audio, and fast pacing
• Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips

Workflow & Collaboration

• Follow weekly content calendars and daily tasks assigned by the Team Lead
• Maintain organized folders per client (assets, exports, editable files)
• Take feedback and deliver revisions promptly, same-day when required

AI Tools (Proficiency in 3–5 preferred)

• ChatGPT / Claude (scripts, captions, ideas)
• Canva AI / Adobe Express (design & templates)
• CapCut AI (auto captions, templates, effects)
• Runway / Pika / Kaiber (AI video generation)
• HeyGen / Synthesia (avatar / UGC-style videos)
• ElevenLabs (voiceovers)
• Midjourney / DALL·E (image generation)
• Descript (editing & captions)

Experience & Skills

• 6 months – 4 years in content creation, or a strong and relevant portfolio
• Fresh candidates with strong skills and a demonstrable portfolio are welcome
• Strong creative sense (hooks, storytelling, and engagement-driven content)
• Ability to create high-quality content quickly
• Understanding of social media trends, formats, and best practices

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 8–15 short videos per client per week (depending on complexity)
• 10–20 AI creatives (static/carousel) per week
• On-time delivery with minimal revisions
• Continuous improvement based on performance insights

Additional Skills (Optional but Valuable)

• UGC-style ad creation
• Basic motion graphics skills
• Knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices
• Portfolio showing measurable results (views, leads, CTR, engagement)
