Role Overview

As a Creative Script & Content Writer at Kshm, you’ll bring our brand voice to life through engaging scripts, dialogues, and written content. From influencer collabs to in-house shoots, you’ll craft stories and support creative direction that inspire, engage, and build real connections with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative scripts for influencer collabs, branded content, and in-house video shoots.
• Write compelling voiceovers, dialogues, and storytelling-driven scripts aligned with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure content fits audience insights and campaign goals.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all formats—digital, video, and social.
• Research cultural nuances, trends, and audience behavior to create rooted, relatable stories.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorms and assist in shaping campaign direction.
• Work closely with video editors/creators to ensure smooth execution of scripts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or scriptwriting (brand or agency).
• Portfolio showcasing storytelling & creative direction across formats.
• Excellent command over English (Hindi or regional language skills are a plus).
• Ability to adapt tone/style across different platforms and audiences.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of social media, digital-first storytelling, and influencer content.
