Real Estate Content Writer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Writer with real estate industry experience. The ideal candidate will not only craft engaging written content but also contribute to company branding, fun environment-driven videos, and podcasts, making our brand more relatable and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar in line with marketing goals.
• Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for social media and campaigns.
• Ideate and draft scripts for videos, podcasts, and creative campaigns.
• Create content that reflects the company culture and builds a strong employer branding presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing and videography teams to produce engaging social media and brand-focused videos.
• Research Dubai’s real estate market trends to ensure fresh, relevant content ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer in the real estate industry (Dubai market experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio of published real estate-related content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to create engaging content across multiple formats (blogs, social posts, scripts, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas consistently.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
