The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

* Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties

* Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and legal requirements

* Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses

* Prepare, present, and negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients

* Coordinate the closing process and ensure accurate completion of all required documentation

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service

* Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and legal regulations

*Candidate Requirements*

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

* Strong negotiation and sales abilities

* Previous experience in real estate or sales is an asset

* Proficiency in multiple languages is highly desirable

* Sound knowledge of real estate documentation and transaction processes

* Understanding of current market trends and industry best practices
