Purpose:
Lead and elevate the visual identity of our parent brand and its subsidiaries across all markets and channels. Own the creative vision, maintain brand consistency, and translate financial concepts into clear, compelling visual communications. Use strong graphic design and illustration skills to create original visuals, iconography, and storytelling assets aligned with EFG’s tone and audiences, ensuring our brands remain distinctive and consistent across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
1.Creative & Brand

Act as brand guardian for EFG Holding and all subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application of visual identity across print, digital, and all touchpoints. Develop, update and document brand guidelines, visual systems, design templates, brand tone, and asset libraries for the Group and each subsidiary.

Lead end‑to‑end brand creation and design initiatives, from concept to visual systems, templates, and launch collaterals.

Translate EFG’s strategic and business objectives into strong visual concepts, narratives, and design systems.
2.Concept Development & Design Execution
-
Lead the conception and execution of end-to-end creative designs (brand, product, corporate, and digital marketing) across all channels.

Design and illustrate a wide range of materials, including:
a.Corporate and product brochures, pitch decks, and presentations.
b.Annual reports, sustainability/ESG reports, and forms.
c.Brand and product launch assets.
d.Digital and social media content (static, animated, and rich media).
e.Infographics and data visualizations that simplify financial information.
f.Event branding, signage, and graphics.
3.Multi-Brand, Multi-Subsidiary Management

Understand and manage the details and differences involved in working in a multi-brand environment, including the parent brand, sub-brands, product brands, and regional adaptations.

Develop coherent visual systems that allow subsidiaries to maintain their own identities while still clearly aligning with EFG Holding.

Provide tailored designs and adaptations for different brands and regions while ensuring consistency with Group-level standards.
4.Digital-First & Performance-Aware Creativity

Design with a digital-first mindset across social media, email marketing, performance campaigns, and web and mobile platforms.

Work closely with digital, growth, and performance marketing teams to create assets optimized for engagement, conversion, and A/B testing.

Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms while keeping the message clear and impactful.

Stay up to date with design trends, digital formats, and platform best practices, applying them appropriately within the guidelines of a financial brand.
5.Process, Quality, and Project Management

Maintain accuracy and strong attention to detail (e.g., inclusive representation, clear language, legal requirements, disclaimers, and data accuracy).

Own the end-to-end creative workflow: concept development, design, revisions, quality control, and final delivery.

Create and manage production timelines, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.

Implement efficient systems for version control, file management, and organization (e.g., shared drives, DAM tools, and naming conventions).

Contribute to process improvements that make creative production more scalable and efficient across the Group.

Foster a culture of creativity, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement within the Marketing & Communications function.
6.Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.
7.Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
8.Ensure response to AML, CTF & sanctions inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or any related field. Master’s degree is a plus but not required.

8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, and illustration. Preferably in financial services, fintech, corporate, or regulated industries. Proven track record delivering creative work across multi-brand or multi-subsidiary organizations.

Strong illustration abilities (vector/digital), including iconography, characters, and conceptual visuals.

Knowledge of brand systems, responsive design, and adaptive layouts across mediums.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); After Effects or Premiere is a plus.

Skilled in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides) for executive-level decks.

Experienced in preparing files for print and digital production (resolutions, color modes, export specifications). Basic motion graphics, GIFs, short-form video, or AI-based design tools is a plus.

Able to understand business objectives, target audiences, and competitive positioning, and reflect them visually.

Excellent presentation skills, able to communicate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.
