Position Overview
The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling creatives across digital, print, and social platforms. This role requires a mix of creative flair, brand understanding, and technical skills to deliver designs that align with the company’s vision and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept & Ideation
- Develop innovative concepts for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding.
- Translate brand guidelines into fresh, creative ideas across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content team to brainstorm design directions.
- Design Execution
- Create high-quality visuals for social media, websites, brochures, newsletters, presentations, event branding, and advertisements.
- Develop layouts, typography, graphics, and imagery that communicate brand identity.
- Ensure all designs meet technical requirements (size, resolution, file formats).
- Branding & Consistency
- Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets.
- Work on packaging, logo design, corporate identity, and campaign-specific themes.
- Digital & Motion Graphics
- Design digital ads, banners, emailers, and reels/posts for social platforms.
- Create motion graphics, simple video edits, and animations when required.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand creative needs.
- Incorporate feedback from management to refine deliverables.
- Work closely with printers, vendors, and external agencies when needed.
- Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and competitor branding.
- Introduce fresh creative styles and innovative formats for audience engagement.
- Key Skills & Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant design experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered).
- A portfolio showcasing diverse design work across digital and print.
- Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D design, or UI/UX (added advantage).
- Creativity with attention to detail and brand guidelines.
- Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
