Job Title: Creative Designer

Location: Karachi - On-site

Salary: 55,000 PKR – 70,000 PKR annually (based on experience)

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays working)

Role Overview

As our Creative Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs across digital and print platforms. From brand identity and marketing campaigns to product design assets, your work will help us communicate clearly, creatively, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver compelling creative solutions.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1+ years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Motion graphics/animation experience.
• UI/UX design background.
• Photography or video editing skills.
