Join a dynamic team as a Designer in the Color Department, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping seasonal color palettes and maintaining an extensive color library. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual with a keen eye for color and detail.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design teams to develop and execute seasonal color palettes for various collections.
  • Manage and update the color library inventory, ensuring it is current and comprehensive.
  • Create digital color palettes using Adobe Illustrator and Miro, and finalize color selections for distribution.
  • Coordinate with global partners, vendors, and factories to ensure color standards are met.
  • Utilize digital color management tools and software to support internal teams.
  • Advise on color calibration and provide Pantone matches as needed.


Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for digital swatch creation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain a detailed color library.
  • Excellent color acuity, demonstrated by a high score on the Farnsworth Munsell hue test.
  • Experience with IQC color software and spectrophotometer tools.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and quality.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Centric/PLM systems for adding seasonal color palettes.
  • Experience in advising teams on lab dip comments and CAD color calibration.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
