Your Role in Our Mission:

• Designing and producing art, visuals, and multimedia content for campaigns, promotions, and advertisements across print, digital, mobile, and video platforms.

• Generating and manipulating images, animations, sound, text, and video into seamless multimedia programs.

• Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of creative campaigns across multiple channels.

• Contributing ideas in brainstorming sessions and pitching creative concepts that align with FAIRWINDS vision and marketing objectives.

• Ensuring brand consistency across all projects and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborating with outside agencies, vendors, and printers when needed.

• Live and model The FAIRWINDS Way values in everything you do.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Design, Interactive Arts and Media, or related field.

• 4–5 years of professional design experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with responsive design, interactive tools, animation, and motion graphics.

• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, layouts, and digital file formats (tiff, gif, jpeg, png, eps, pdf).

• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

• Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, accountability, and the ability to adapt ideas for diverse audiences.
