Job Summary
At NS Developer, design is at the heart of how we tell our story — from architectural excellence to lifestyle experiences. The Creative Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-impact visuals that reflect the brand’s premium real-estate identity.
This role involves creating content that inspires homebuyers, enhances project perception, and communicates our brand values across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design marketing creatives for real estate projects including brochures, hoardings, social media posts, digital ads, newsletters, videos, and on-site branding materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand project USPs and translate them into impactful visual communication.
- Create cinematic and lifestyle-driven visuals for Instagram reels, YouTube thumbnails, and promotional campaigns aligned with NS Developer’s brand tone.
- Design site branding collaterals — standees, banners, direction boards, signages, and exhibition panels.
- Support in festive and occasion-based campaigns, ensuring each creative aligns with the brand’s aesthetic (premium, clean, and emotionally resonant).
- Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all visual outputs (color palette, typography, logo usage, and hand element integration).
- Coordinate with vendors, print partners, and creative agencies for production quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute creative inputs in photoshoots, video shoots, and project walkthrough planning.
- Stay updated with modern design trends, real estate marketing techniques, and digital creative innovations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of architectural visualization, layout design, and brand storytelling.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, 3D perspectives, and cinematic visual treatment (preferred).
- Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury real estate branding — clean, minimal, and elegant.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects under tight deadlines.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in creative design or marketing (experience in real estate or lifestyle brands preferred).
