Creative Designer

Job Summary:

The Creative Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing engaging visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms. The role involves working closely with the media and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns, enhance brand identity, and ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital media, print materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Design engaging social media creative, banners, posters, brochures, and info graphics.
• Collaborate with the media teams to produce compelling visual storytelling for campaigns, videos, and presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency in all designs and visual communication.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Create visual assets for website updates, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Prepare final designs for production and ensure high-quality output.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail, colour, and composition.
• Knowledge of digital and print design standards.
• Ability to visualize and translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer, preferably in a media, marketing, or advertising environment.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
