Job Overview

BMU is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs across digital platforms, contributing to branding, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables. This role requires strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media posts, ad creatives, and product advertisements
• Create and edit reels and short-form video content
• Develop website graphics, banners, and visual assets
• Contribute to branding and visual identity projects
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into creative visuals
• Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines across all platforms
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines
• Incorporate AI tools to improve design efficiency and creativity

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Hands-on experience with Canva
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding and practical use of AI design tools (required)
• Good understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience with Figma
• Basic understanding of UI/UX concepts
• Familiarity with digital marketing creatives
