Job Title: Graphics Designer

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.

Required Skills & Abilities:

· Design Software: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). MS Office suite is a plus.

· Creativity: Strong creative skills with the ability to generate innovative and visually appealing design concepts. Able to do multitasking.

· Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all design work.

· Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.

· Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the Marketing team and other departments to achieve common goals.

· Technical Skills: Knowledge of printing processes and production requirements for print materials.

· Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

· Passion: Passion for design and a strong interest in staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

· Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address design challenges and deliver creative solutions.

· Professionalism: High level of professionalism and ability to handle feedback and constructive criticism positively.

· Full-time position with standard working hours; may require occasional evening or weekend work based on project deadlines.

· Primarily office-based with occasional on-site work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

The Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visual content that communicates the brand and marketing messages of the organisation and projects. This role involves designing a variety of materials, including digital and print media, to support marketing campaigns, events, and overall brand identity. The responsibilities are as below and any other tasks assignes by the company.

· Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, website graphics, and email campaigns.

· Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to understand projects & tasks requirements, gather feedback, and ensure the final designs meet the desired objectives.

· Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Present design ideas and concepts to the Marketing Manager and team.

· Photo Editing: Edit and enhance images for use in marketing materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet quality standards.

· Content Layout: Design and layout content for presentations, reports, and other marketing documents, ensuring readability and visual appeal.

· Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Incorporate innovative design techniques to keep the company’s marketing materials fresh and engaging.

· File Management: Organise and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, images, templates, and other resources for easy access and use.

· Quality Assurance: Review final designs for errors and ensure that they meet production requirements. Coordinate with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production of print materials.

· Any other task assign by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
