About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to design high-quality, premium visual assets for social media, digital marketing, and brand communication. The role focuses on creating luxury-aligned, visually refined creatives across platforms, while also leveraging modern AI-powered design tools to improve speed, experimentation, and creative output—without compromising brand aesthetics. This is an execution-focused design role, working closely with Brand, Creative, and Social Media teams.


Responsibilities


  • Social Media Creative Design
  • Design high-quality creatives for: Instagram posts, carousels, and stories
  • Reels covers and thumbnails
  • YouTube thumbnails (as applicable)
  • Translate brand narratives and campaign ideas into visually compelling social assets
  • Maintain consistency with brand colour palette, typography, and luxury aesthetics


  • Digital Marketing & Performance Creatives
  • Design banners and creatives for: Paid social campaigns
  • Google display and digital ads
  • Website banners and landing pages
  • Adapt creatives across multiple formats and sizes while maintaining visual integrity
  • Collaborate with performance teams to iterate creatives based on feedback


  • Marketing & Offline Collaterals
  • Design marketing and brand collaterals including: Store communication material
  • Standees, posters, and in-store creatives
  • Packaging inserts and printed material
  • Ensure offline assets align seamlessly with digital brand expression


  • Campaign & Collection Support
  • Support new collection launches and festive campaigns with end-to-end creative assets
  • Execute visuals based on creative direction from Brand and Creative leadership
  • Ensure timely delivery across channels


  • AI-Assisted Creative Execution (IMPORTANT)
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance creative ideation, production speed, and experimentation, including AI image generation and enhancement for concept exploration
  • Background clean-up, retouching, and visual variations
  • Rapid mockups for campaign and social concepts
  • Apply AI tools responsibly while maintaining luxury brand standards and originality
  • Collaborate with teams to test new AI-driven creative workflows


  • Brand Consistency & Quality Control
  • Follow and maintain brand guidelines (visual identity, typography, imagery)
  • Ensure high polish, attention to detail, and premium finish across all designs
  • Uphold luxury look and feel across every output


  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with: Brand Manager
  • Creative Director
  • Social Media Manager
  • Performance Marketing teams
  • Incorporate feedback constructively while protecting design quality
  • Coordinate with external vendors or printers when required


Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience as a Creative / Graphic Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work for luxury, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong visual sensibility with a premium, minimal, luxury aesthetic
  • Experience designing for both digital and print formats
  • Comfort working in campaign-driven, fast-paced environments


Required Skills


  • Core Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
  • Motion / Video (Good to Have): After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • AI & Modern Creative Tools (Preferred): image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo, similar), image enhancement and background tools, design assistants for rapid concepting and variations
  • Collaboration & Layout: Figma, Canva (advanced usage preferred, not basic templates)

  • Strong attention to detail and finish
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand discipline
  • Openness to adopting new tools and workflows, including AI
  • Appreciation for craftsmanship, luxury, and aesthetics
