Creative Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who can create scroll-stopping ad creatives and social media content that converts. You'll design high-impact visuals for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic social content for both AIO and our restaurant clients. This role blends creativity with performance marketing, you'll use data and AI tools to iterate quickly and optimize for results.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns- static images, carousels, and light motion

• Create scroll-stopping social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with strong hooks and CTAs

• Rapidly iterate on creative variations for A/B testing based on performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)

• Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate production and ideation

• Adapt designs across formats and platforms, resizing, reformatting, and optimizing for each placement

• Maintain brand consistency across AIO marketing and diverse restaurant client brands

• Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead to understand campaign goals and creative strategy

• Build and maintain organized design systems, templates, and reusable components in Figma

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• 2-4 years of experience designing for digital advertising, social media, or DTC brands

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing ad creatives and social content

• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Hands-on experience with AI design tools- not optional, this is core to the role

• Understanding of what makes creative convert: hooks, benefit-forward messaging, visual hierarchy

• Ability to work at high velocity, fast turnarounds, multiple iterations, tight deadlines

• Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and social-first design trends

Bonus Skills (Optional):

• Experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality industry

• Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, CapCut) for animated social content

• Experience with UGC-style creative and influencer content adaptation

• Understanding of performance metrics and how to translate data into design decisions
