Creative Designer

FivePoints Studio is looking for a Creative Designer to join our team and support a growing list

of brands and clients across B2B, B2C, retail, and digital marketing industries. This role

focuses on producing high-quality visual work across multiple platforms, with an emphasis on

strong design fundamentals and attention to detail.

We are a fast-moving creative studio, and this role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their

work, communicates clearly, and wants to grow within a brand-driven environment.

Position Details

• Full-time position
• $18 per hour
• 40-hour workweek
• Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM
• 30-minute paid lunch
• 15 days PTO annually
• 5 days of sick time annually
• Located in Winston-Salem, NC (in-person)

Responsibilities

• Design flyers, posters, and marketing materials for multiple brands
• Create and build email campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo, Brevo, or Mailchimp
• Assist with packaging design and product branding
• Support brand identity development and visual systems
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team on campaign assets
• Prepare files for print and digital use with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain organized design files and brand assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design, layout, and creative thinking
• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing email campaigns and marketing materials
• Experience with packaging design required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photography and basic photo editing
• Familiarity with social media content design and formatting
• Experience working with brand guidelines across multiple clients
