Creative Designer

Visra Universe is a fast-growing digital creative agency since 2008 and an expanding presence in Dubai. We specialize in branding, digital media, and innovative creative solutions for a diverse international client base.

We are currently seeking a Creative Designer who is passionate about design, highly detail-oriented, and capable of transforming ideas into visually compelling content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Execution

• Design high-quality visuals for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
• Create brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and corporate materials
• Develop branding assets and brand identity guidelines
• Design website visuals and UI elements
• Produce creatives for advertising campaigns and promotional activities
• Ensure all designs strictly follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms

Digital Marketing Creative Support

• Design engaging creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram ads)
• Create high-converting carousel posts and performance-driven visuals
• Develop content layouts aligned with marketing strategies and campaign goals
• Optimize creatives for maximum engagement, reach, and conversions

Collaboration with Multimedia Team

• Work closely with the multimedia/video team to ensure visual consistency across all content
• Design supporting assets such as:
• Video thumbnails
• Lower thirds & graphic overlays
• Event backdrops
• Social media covers
• Provide required graphic elements for video production and motion graphics

Technical & Design Execution

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
• Apply strong knowledge of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout & composition
• Visual hierarchy
• Maintain high standards in branding consistency and creative quality

Project & Workflow Management

• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously with efficiency
• Meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs
• Maintain organized file structures and documentation
• Follow creative briefs accurately and implement feedback effectively
• Deliver revisions promptly and participate in creative brainstorming sessions
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of printing processes, materials, and final artwork preparation
• Experience in social media content design (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• UAE work experience is an advantage
• Must be currently based in the UAE

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of branding and identity design
• Photography/videography skills
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro is a plus)
