Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
- Design engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop marketing materials including banners, ads, brochures, presentations, and email templates
- Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and UI elements where required
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and guidelines
Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to understand project requirements
- Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality visual designs
- Work closely with copywriters and campaign managers for integrated campaigns
Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and business needs
- Deliver projects on time without compromising quality
Revisions & Quality Control
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure final outputs are error-free and meet quality standards
- Maintain consistency across all design deliverables
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Suggest new creative ideas to enhance brand presence and engagement
- Continuously improve design quality and user experience
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to work independently during night shift with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and marketing design work
- Experience working with digital marketing teams or agencies is an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience working with international clients or remote teams
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
