Creative Designer

We are looking for a video-first creative designer who knows how to stop the scroll and turn ideas into engaging content. If you think in reels, trends, hooks, and storytelling and can also design clean visuals you will fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Own video content reels, UGC-style ads, short-form videos
• Turn ideas into concept-driven videos with strong hooks
• Edit with purpose (pacing, transitions, retention-focused storytelling)
• Design static creatives posts, thumbnails, campaign visuals
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines
• Stay on top of trends and apply them effectively

What You Should Be Good At

• Video editing
• Creating UGC-style & performance-driven content
• Understanding what drives engagement (hooks, retention, storytelling)
• Clean and effective graphic design (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva)

Experience

• Experience: 2–3 years

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Motion graphics / basic animation (After Effects)

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per day
