DBS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about design and have a knack for creating innovative visuals that leave a lasting impression, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of design trends to bring fresh, creative ideas to life for our brand and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce creative assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, website graphics, promotional materials, email campaigns, and more.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand design needs and deliver visually appealing solutions that align with company goals.
• Develop concepts, wireframes, and final designs for client presentations and internal branding efforts.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually push the creative boundaries.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them within deadlines.
• Create engaging and on-brand designs for all types of content and campaigns, ensuring that visual communications are clear, effective, and on message.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
• Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take feedback positively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
