Creative Designer

Position: Creative Designer
Location: Clifton, Karachi

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand materials across digital and print platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, HR, and Product to understand design requirements and deliver impactful visuals.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all mediums.
• Revise and enhance designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare final artwork files for production and publishing.
• Utilize AI design tools to enhance creativity and improve production efficiency.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles.
• Ability to creatively interpret briefs and translate ideas into effective visual content.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with animation, motion graphics, or video editing tools will be considered a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar creative/design role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
