We are seeking a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer who is responsible for producing visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and support marketing, digital, and product initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, design fundamentals, and the ability to work across print and digital media. You’ll help shape the visual identity of the brand and ensure consistency across all design outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, presentations, and print collateral
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into visually engaging assets
- Contribute to brand development and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design work
- Design assets for website, landing pages, product UI elements, and e-commerce if applicable
- Produce promotional materials for events, campaigns, product launches, or internal communications
- Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors when needed
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep creative output fresh and effective
- Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library for ongoing use and collaboration
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a graphic designer or creative designer, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print formats
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with digital design requirements including web, social, email, and mobile responsiveness
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
