Job Summary:We are seeking professional, well-presented Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and clients. Candidates must be flexible to work in rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area</li><li>Handle visitor registrations and issue access passes when required</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to assist visitors and callers</li><li>Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries</li><li>Provide basic administrative and clerical support as needed</li><li>Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is an advantage)</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role preferred</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, phone systems)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision</li><li>Must be flexible to work rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
