Waiter/Waitress

Job Summary

We’re looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our café team. You will provide excellent service to guests, take orders accurately, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/barista
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or concerns courteously
• Prepare and maintain tables (cleaning, setting up, clearing)
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Support the team by communicating guest needs or special requests to staff
• Ensure guests feel attended to and leave with a great experience

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy hours
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates must be available in Bahrain
