Hostess

Job Description:

We’re looking for a friendly and well-presented Hostess to be the welcoming face of our café. You will greet customers with a warm smile, manage table seating, and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and pleasant experience from the moment they walk in.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has great communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and create a positive first impression
• Manage the guest queue and assist with seating or order flow during busy hours
• Provide basic information about cafe, menu and services
• Answer guest inquiries politely and confidently, including questions about ingredients or allergens
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and customer areas
• Support the team by communicating guest needs or special requests to staff
• Handle simple reservations or group inquiries when needed
• Ensure guests feel attended to and leave with a great experience

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a hostess or customer service role
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy hours
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
