· Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
· Manage calls, guest inquiries, and front desk operations and direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
· Perform other clerical front office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
· Prepare the minutes of meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
· Schedule appointments for staff and executives.
· Process bills and assist clients with inquiries.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD400.000 per month
