Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to project and site teams
Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and correspondence
Maintain and update filing systems for contracts, drawings, and approvals
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and staff schedules
Handle incoming calls, emails, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in document control, ensuring proper versioning and record keeping
Support procurement team with documentation, LPOs, and delivery tracking
Maintain employee records, attendance, and timesheets
Coordinate with HR for onboarding and administrative requirements
Assist in preparing reports related to project progress and administration
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction
Familiarity with construction documentation and site coordination is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with document control systems or ERP software is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
