About the Role:
We are seeking a Creative Designer with strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visually compelling creatives for campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role also involves team handling, ensuring creative consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team of designers to deliver high-quality creative output within deadlines.
- Conceptualize and design visually engaging creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Design marketing collaterals such as banners, brochures, presentations, and social media creatives.
- Create and edit videos for promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to align designs with brand strategy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital design and advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all materials.
- Manage project timelines, delegate tasks, and review outputs to ensure quality and creativity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in creative design, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising setup.
- Strong command of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva.
- Proven experience in designing for Google Display Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaign formats.
- Good understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Experience in video editing, animation, or motion graphics is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills.
