About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Executive with strong expertise in Mascot Design and Packaging Design. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional illustration skills, a strong understanding of branding, and the ability to create visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design unique, creative, and brand-focused mascots, characters, and illustrations for various projects.
• Develop innovative product packaging designs that align with brand identity and market trends.
• Create logos, brand assets, marketing materials, and promotional graphics when required.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Prepare design files for print and digital production while ensuring quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all design projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating Mascot Design, Character Illustration, and Packaging Design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent illustration, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Understanding of print production processes and packaging specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international brands or e-commerce businesses.
• Knowledge of AI-based design tools and digital illustration techniques.
• Experience in product branding and visual identity development.
