Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in graphic, visual, or UI design
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, result-driven environments
Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout
Ability to convert briefs and ideas into polished, production-ready designs
Working knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation (preferred)
Experience working with SaaS, agency, or product-based companies (preferred)
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, including usability, user flows, and interface consistency (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Design high-quality creatives for web, social media, marketing campaigns, and digital products
Create UI designs, landing pages, and brand assets aligned with business objectives
Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and leadership teams
Ensure visual consistency across the company and portfolio brands
Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards
