Creative Designer & Social Media content creator

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for graphic designing, social media management, and digital marketing? The Ardor is looking for a talented Creative Designer & Social Media Executive who can create eye-catching social media creatives, boost brand engagement, and run high-performing digital ads across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social media creatives (static posts, reels, carousels, banners).
• Develop and execute content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interaction.
• Run and optimise Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and improve reach, impressions, and engagement rates.
• Stay updated with viral trends, trending audio, design styles, and digital marketing hacks.
• Collaborate with marketing to build strong brand identity across all platforms.
• Write catchy captions using SEO-friendly and trending keywords.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Graphic Designing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma preferred).
• Strong understanding of Social Media Growth Strategies & Engagement Tactics.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Ads Management (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Ability to create designs that match modern viral, aesthetic, and minimal trends.
• Knowledge of digital marketing basics, analytics, and audience insights.
• Excellent communication and creativity skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills ( Preferred)

• Basic knowledge of Video Editing for Reels/Shorts (CapCut/Premiere).
• Experience with SEO content writing.
• Understanding of brand guidelines, typography, and creative storytelling.
