Creative Designer (Social & Video)

Job Timing: 9am - 6pm MST USA
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore.

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer to design engaging visual content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, understands social media trends, and can translate brand messaging into eye-catching visuals that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and others
• Create engaging video and motion content such as reels, animations, motion graphics, and storytelling pieces
• Leverage AI tools to streamline creative workflows and enhance design output
• Design social posts, stories, reel covers, ads, banners, and thumbnails
• Maintain brand consistency and visual alignment across all social media materials
• Collaborate with social media, marketing, and content teams to execute campaign objectives
• Optimize and tailor designs for various platforms, formats, and technical requirements
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, platform updates, and evolving social media aesthetics
• Modify, resize, and repurpose creative assets for different campaigns and promotions
• Contribute impactful visual assets to support broader marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Designer or Graphic Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media-focused design work
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and design requirements
• Strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics or short-form video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance-driven design strategies
• Previous experience working with marketing or digital agencies
