Ringo Media is looking for a talented Creative who can both design and edit. Someone who thinks visually, moves fast, and produces work that actually stops the scroll.
You'll be responsible for creating all visual content for our brand and social media channels: static graphics, branded posts, short-form videos, Reels, and everything in between. You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager to bring content ideas to life and ensure every piece of content looks and feels consistent with our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design high-quality static graphics for social media posts, stories, ads, banners, and marketing materials
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative output
- Work from briefs provided by the social media or marketing team and turn them around efficiently
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos with captions, transitions, sound design, and motion elements
- Create ad creatives for paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) in correct specs and formats
- Manage and organize creative assets and file libraries
- Collaborate closely with the social media team to align visuals with content strategy
- Keep up with design trends, video formats, and platform-specific best practices
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (social media content, not just print)
- 3+ years of video editing experience: Reels, Shorts, TikToks, or branded video content
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Proficiency in Canva Pro for quick-turnaround social content is a strong plus
- Eye for typography, layout, colour, and composition. Your work should look professional, not amateur
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while still being creative
- Fast turnaround time. You can handle multiple deliverables without dropping quality
- Open to feedback and revision cycles without ego
- A strong, updated portfolio that shows both design and video work
