Creative Developer (Playable Ads)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D playable ads using Unity3D, tailored for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
• Optimize assets and code to meet performance and size constraints (typically under 2MB).
• Integrate gameplay logic, animations, VFX, and UI elements.
• Debug and troubleshoot performance or compatibility issues.
• Package and export HTML5 builds for use across multiple ad networks (e.g., Google, Facebook, Unity Ads, etc.).
• Stay updated with ad platform requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 1 – 3 years of experience in Unity3D development (C#).
• Strong understanding of 3D development, including animations, physics, and lighting.
• Experience creating lightweight and optimized builds for mobile/web.
• Familiarity with building HTML5/Playable Ads from Unity.
• Good grasp of performance profiling, memory optimization, and draw call reduction.
• Solid understanding of mobile platforms, screen resolutions, and UI/UX adaptation.
