About the Role

Cplus Soft is looking for a skilled and digitally savvy Creative & Digital Workflow Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary creative team. This role requires strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, combined with the ability to coordinate workflows, monitor deliverables, and support a high-performance team across content, design, development, and marketing functions.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager – Creative Department, playing a key role in ensuring that tasks are aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is maintained across the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily workflows of the creative and digital team
• Ensure timely execution of deliverables across multiple departments:
• Video Editing
• Graphic & UI/UX Design
• WordPress Development
• SEO, Content Writing, Social Media, and LinkedIn Outreach
• Monitor team progress, task ownership, and deadlines
• Lead daily check-ins and reporting for active tasks and campaigns
• Identify bottlenecks and support in resolving workflow issues
• Maintain communication between team members and the Senior Manager
• Actively review and contribute to ongoing digital marketing strategies
• Ensure campaigns and content meet performance benchmarks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
