KHAM is a Qatar-based fashion brand committed to empowering women through high-quality, sustainable fashion inspired by Arab culture. Our designs embody artistry, elegance, and modern sophistication—celebrating independence, confidence, and femininity.

We are looking for a Creative Director who will lead our design vision and elevate KHAM’s creative identity through innovative ideas, strong leadership, and an eye for timeless fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final production.
  • Ensure all collections and campaigns align with KHAM’s brand identity and vision.
  • Research market trends, fabric innovations, and seasonal color palettes to inspire new designs.
  • Collaborate closely with the production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Direct photoshoots, lookbooks, and campaign visuals to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • Mentor and guide the design team to achieve excellence, creativity, and productivity.
  • Present new ideas, design sketches, and collection concepts to management for approval.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs—both online and offline.
  • Oversee the quality control of final garments to ensure top-notch craftsmanship.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Creative Direction, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design or creative leadership, ideally within the abaya or luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color, fabric, and silhouette.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire creatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, production processes, and market positioning.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with an understanding of branding, marketing, and customer psychology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising creativity.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
