Position: Marketing & Creative Director

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Creative Director to lead the creative and marketing vision for DOTS Café and upcoming food concepts under Trace Hospitality. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller with expertise in branding, market trends, and the food industry. You will drive both the marketing strategy and creative development, ensuring our brand’s identity, campaigns, and customer engagement align with our business goals and core values, while positioning the brand for maximum impact and awareness in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Identity:

  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy for DOTS Café and new food concepts, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (in-store, digital, packaging).
  • Shape a compelling brand identity that resonates with the target audience and clearly positions the brand within the competitive landscape.
  • Craft and articulate the brand’s unique position in the market, setting it apart from competitors through strong storytelling and clear value propositions.

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Lead the ideation and implementation of creative campaigns, integrating digital, print, social media, and in-store activations.
  • Develop high-impact marketing campaigns designed to raise brand awareness and capture market share, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Brand Awareness & Market Impact:

  • Develop strategies to drive impactful brand awareness and market presence, using innovative marketing tactics to maximize visibility.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the brand’s values and enhance its position in the market.

Conceptual Art & Design Direction:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality visual assets, ensuring they align with brand storytelling and enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Maintain top-tier design standards across all creative output, including conceptual art, packaging, and promotional materials.

Integrated Marketing & Activation:

  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering consumer engagement across multiple platforms.

Advertising & User Interface Design:

  • Supervise the design of user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences, including websites, apps, and online platforms, enhancing brand visibility and user interaction.

Strategic Content Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the content strategy across all channels, including social media, email marketing, and web content, ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Manage and inspire a creative team, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Operations, Product Development, HR) to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.

Market Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay informed on the latest trends in branding, design, food culture, and digital marketing to drive innovation and keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within the food, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Proven experience leading creative campaigns from ideation to execution, including conceptual art and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of user interface design, digital media, and branding principles.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that drive brand growth.
  • Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Food & Beverage: 5 years (Required)
