We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision of our media company in Bahrain. This role suits someone who can combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding the team to produce high-quality, visually compelling work across all formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative department and oversee concept development, storytelling, visual direction, and final execution.
• Develop and drive the company’s creative strategy, ensuring innovation and consistent brand standards.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful creative solutions for client projects and internal campaigns.
• Present ideas, campaign concepts, and creative directions confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage designers, videographers, editors, and content creators, ensuring professional growth and strong team output.
• Manage multiple projects from ideation to delivery, maintaining timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Stay updated on global design trends, industry shifts, and emerging technologies to elevate the company’s creative capabilities.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of creative experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
• Proven background in media, advertising, production, or digital content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual ability, campaign leadership, and visual excellence.
• Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and balance multiple high-pressure projects.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, creative strategy, and visual storytelling.
