Are you a visionary designer with a passion for luxury branding and storytelling? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative direction, elevate our campaigns, and craft visuals that captivate audiences across Bahrain and the GCC.
Role Purpose:
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be the creative force behind our campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Your designs will strengthen brand visibility, drive engagement, and reflect our premium positioning across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative & Design Execution: Develop and lead visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, social media, digital ads, OOH, in-store branding, and packaging.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure our luxury identity is applied seamlessly across all materials.
- Social Media Strategy: Plan, design, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Content Production: Oversee end-to-end design from concept to final artwork while coordinating with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
- Marketing Support: Translate briefs into impactful visuals for web, email, POS, events, and promotions.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining organized brand assets.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior designers, present concepts to stakeholders, and contribute fresh ideas to elevate our visual identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in retail, perfume, fashion, or luxury brands).
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium, modern, and polished designs.
- Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom; Premiere/After Effects is a plus).
- Exceptional eye for layout, typography, color, and branding.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and brand consistency.
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in product photography direction or art direction.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and GCC consumer behavior.
- Creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player.
Skills That Set You Apart:
- Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite mastery, motion/video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut), preparing files for print + digital.
- Social & Digital Marketing Knowledge: Designing scroll-stopping visuals, mastering social formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok safe areas), seasonal campaign design (Ramadan, Eid, National Day).
- High-Impact Skills: Video editing for social trends, UI/UX basics, product mockups, blending heritage with modern luxury aesthetics.
