Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead and shape IO Digital’s digital-first creative vision. This role calls for a visionary leader who blends strategic insight, storytelling mastery, and design excellence with the ability to inspire teams and clients alike. You’ll drive the development of breakthrough campaigns that resonate across digital ecosystems while ensuring IO Digital’s creative output sets new benchmarks for innovation and impact.
Key Responsibilities

Define and champion IO Digital’s creative philosophy, ensuring all work reflects the agency’s standards of innovation, relevance, and craft.

Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and execution of integrated brand campaigns that cut across social, digital, and experiential platforms.

Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new storytelling formats, cultural trends, and platform innovations.

Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and creativity that empowers individuals to produce their best work.

Has a clear digital-first approach to creative process for brands in diverse categories , is well-versed in platform based strategies with a track record to show for it

Is well versed with digital first trends, algorithms , ever evolving social / digital spaces and has a keen interest in amalgamating those learnings in his/ her work for multiple categories of clients.

Set clear creative direction and provide constructive feedback that elevates both the team’s output and individual growth.

Partner with internal teams to translate insights and briefs into unique creative assets.

Serve as the creative face of IO Digital in pitches, reviews, and thought-leadership forums, building strong client and industry relationships.

Collaborate like a partner with Account & Business Development Management, Design, and Production to ensure campaigns are as per brand directives, culturally attuned, engaging, and executed with excellence.

Oversee the creative process from concept through delivery, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail.

Maintain hands-on involvement in key brand campaigns, ensuring creative ideas are executed at the highest level.

Be always sales-pitch ready ! Maximize impact of creative input by extracting further requirements from existing portfolio of clients through creative vision and be able to sell pitch based creative solutions.

Stay ahead of cultural, design, and platform trends to ensure IO Digital leads in the social-first creative space.

Experiment with emerging storytelling formats and technologies (short-form video, carousels, AI-driven content, immersive experiences).
Required Qualifications

Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of creative experience in agencies or digital-first environments.

Proven track record of leading standout, social-first campaigns with measurable impact.

Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design excellence, and innovative storytelling.

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Deep fluency in social platforms, digital culture, and new creative technologies.
