Creative Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Director / Creative Lead to lead creative quality, consistency, and execution across noon’s group brands, core platforms, and new launches. This role is responsible for maintaining a high creative bar across all brands, marketing campaigns, and design systems, while building strong workflows and managing junior talent.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity & New Brand Development

  • Lead the creation of new brand identities, including naming support, visual systems, logos, packaging, and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure new brands feel distinctive while still fitting within the broader noon ecosystem.
  • Oversee BTL and on-ground brand assets. Monitor and brief 3D physical on-ground designs.
  • UI design for new launches – key visual UI.
  • Upgrade brand touchpoints on the app from time to time.
  • Oversee brand quality for smaller business teams as required.

Creative Leadership & Brand Quality

  • Own and uphold creative standards across group brands and platforms.
  • Act as a creative gatekeeper across identity work, campaigns, and product surfaces.
  • Ensure consistency of brand expression across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a junior creative team.
  • Set clear direction, give strong feedback, and raise the overall level of craft.
  • Build a culture of accountability, clarity, and pride in execution.

Workflow & Execution (Critical)

  • Own creative workflows end-to-end: brief intake, prioritisation, and delivery.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across brands and timelines without quality drop.
  • Bring structure and process to fast-moving environments while keeping teams agile.

Campaigns & New Initiatives

  • Provide creative direction on major campaigns, seasonal moments, and new launches.
  • Ensure new initiatives align with the broader noon brand while allowing room to evolve.


Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years in a creative role, with leadership responsibility.
  • Experience as a Creative Director / Senior Creative Manager or equivalent.
  • Strong background in brand work, identity systems, and campaigns.
  • UI design experience is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at scale.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and time management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in super fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and high taste levels.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma.
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal).
