Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative strategies across video, social media, graphic design, and event marketing that align with company goals.
- Inspire and manage a team of designers, videographers, content creators, and marketing professionals to produce high-impact work.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to develop campaigns that grow brand awareness and resonate with our audience.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels by establishing clear creative standards and guidelines.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Plan and execute large-scale creative initiatives including events, promotional campaigns, and brand-building efforts within the marine industry.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
- Foster a team-oriented culture that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative work across video production, social media, graphic design, and/or event marketing.
- Leadership skills with the ability to both manage and work alongside a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of branding, visual storytelling, digital media, and content strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, social media platforms, and project management tools.
- Experience in the marine, boating, or outdoor recreation industry is a plus but not required.
Pay: $48,762.48 - $57,929.01 per year
