Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team and shape the artistic direction of our projects. This role requires a blend of design expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to ensure SPO Designs NG continues to deliver bold, innovative, and effective creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the creative vision for projects across branding, digital, and print.
• Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and creative staff.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and translate them into compelling creative strategies.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs.
• Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing creativity with deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within design, advertising, or branding.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design and creative direction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design software and digital platforms.
• Ability to inspire teams and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Pay: Up to KD2,700.000 per month
