Creative Director for Short Form Reels

We are looking for another talented, Creative Director to join our fast growing contact editing agency. We edit short from content from out clients Podcasts, Talk Shows and other long form. Though this positions does not require any editing only creative input.

Your responsibilities on a daily basis would be to sit down and watch through our clients, long-form podcasts and talkshows and identify the areas which would make for great punchy social media reels.

Extensive knowledge on video editing is a plus. This position usually translates well to someone who's been a video editor or is a video editor.

You will not be responsible for ANY video editing. You will only be responsible for finding the best pieces and delivering a timestamp document that looks something like this to our editors:

This position is good for someone who consumes a lot of social media, and understands what it takes for a reel to perform well on social media. We do have training and a community of other CD's to help get you up to speed.

You will deliver the timestamps from these great reels to our editors, and they will take it from there.

We're looking for a long term relationship and you will have great growth opportunities here. Pay will be "per reel" and TBD depending on experience and qualifications.
