We're looking for the next person to take it further, with a real path into a full-time executive role as we grow.About View MovementWe're a short-form vertical video agency producing high-volume reels for doctors, authors, thought leaders, and mission-driven creators on a monthly retainer model. Our clients aren't influencers chasing clout. They're people with real missions trying to reach more people, and our work helps them do it.We need an Operations Manager who can fully own client fulfillment and success: the connective tissue between our clients, our production team, and our internal systems.This role requires a large amount of responsibility and problem-solving, being able to operate under pressure, quickly solve and resolve client issues, and be able to detach emotionally from outcomes and client feedback.The RoleYou're not producing creative work. You're making sure everything moves on time, clients feel taken care of, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a retention-sensitive seat. Your core value is sharp judgment, fast routing, and proactive detection of delivery risk so problems get solved before clients notice them.You'll own three core functions:Client Communication (Slack). Every client has a channel. You respond to or route urgent needs, maintain the right touchpoint rhythm, and make sure no message goes unanswered. You'll lead onboarding calls and walk new clients through the first phases of our service.Team Coordination (Discord). Our editors, Creative Directors, QCs, and posting managers work across India, Pakistan, and Africa. You unblock overnight requests every morning, manage coverage when someone's out, and assign teams to new clients.Delivery Control (Master Sheet). Daily audit of every client for quota pacing, 3-day batch SLA, posting inventory, and status accuracy. Escalate delays to the right owner before they become client-facing problems.You're the go-to person for our clients, but you're not alone. You'll have full backing from our leadership, and fulfillment team.AvailabilityThis is a full-time role with daily online presence required Monday through Friday, available through 6pm Eastern Time. Our clients and team operate across multiple time zones, and consistent daily ownership is what makes this role work. If you can't commit to daily availability through 6pm ET, this isn't the right seat for you.Who You AreOperationally experienced, ideally in an agency, creative, or production environmentStrong judgment under ambiguity. When a batch is delayed or a contractor goes dark, you figure out what happened and solve it. No document prescribes every situation.Proactive, not reactive. You spot the missing reel in the pipeline on Tuesday before it becomes a missed post on Friday.Warm and collaborative with clients, direct and clear with contractors. You treat the client relationship as a partnership, not order-taking.Type A. Organized. Systems-minded and a heart of service.Reliable on a daily cadence. Skipping a day creates compounding problems across time zones.Mission-oriented. You actually care about helping our clients get their message out, because the work we do matters.ToolsSlack, Discord, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Typeform. We'll train you on our specific systems.Compensation and GrowthStarting compensation is $5,000 to $6,500 per month based on experience. Senior Account Manager

Many are conservative-leaning. We operate with a global contractor team and a high-accountability culture.Where you come in:You are the client-facing strategist responsible for retaining clients on our month to month service by helping them get better results (by coming up with plans within the scope of our system to help aid them).You run calls with them via Zoom/Google, diagnose what&rsquo;s not working, and give clients clear plans to improve views and performance. You do not manage contractors or the team day-to-day and you do not implement actual edits. You create the strategy and coordinate with our Delivery Manager who executes and ensure it's followed through on.You'll be provided training on this.This job will genuinely be best suited for somebody who is:<ul><li>Highly motivated</li><li>Driven</li><li>Enthusiastic</li><li>Has the ability to deal with clients while separating their emotions and focusing on the task at hand</li><li>Ability to be direct and firm with the clients</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Own client retention through clear strategy, coaching, and expectation-setting</li><li>Run onboarding and strategy calls (typically 30 minutes)</li><li>Diagnose performance issues and build simple action plans clients can follow</li><li>Coach clients on content: hooks, topics, formats, filming guidance, cadence, and series ideas</li><li>Provide high-level funnel and monetization direction when relevant (no implementation required)</li><li>Keep clients calm and confident, especially when results lag or issues arise</li><li>Communicate strategy to the internal team using a clear request format so execution is fast and accurate</li><li>Flag at-risk accounts early and run &ldquo;save&rdquo; conversations before churn happens</li></ul>Expectations<ul><li>Comfortable leading client calls and handling uncomfortable conversations professionally by providing information and direction.</li><li>Warm, consultative communication style, but firm and direct when needed</li><li>Fast thinker and strong problem solver with minimal hand-holding</li><li>Consistent availability 5 days/week (weekends are light, mostly quick check-ins if urgent)</li><li>Weekday responsiveness: reply to client messages within 1 hour during business hours</li><li>Tools: Slack on phone required. Google Drive and Sheets for documentation</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>1099 contractor role</li><li>$2,000/month for a 30-day ramp period, then $3,500&ndash;$4,500/month based on performance and client load</li><li>Retention-based incentives discussed during hiring.</li></ul>You have to be good at talking to people while maintaining respectful and direct but firm posture. 90% of this role is talking to people and strategizing, so social media experience is a massive plus.The main separator for hiring is truly going to be your capacity to talk to people and manage both difficult and positive situations (it's rare there is ever a true disgruntled client, just speaking high level). So just to be quite direct, if you are someone that is more emotional, easily harmed by feedback, or sometimes abrasive comments, this job role is not for you.Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,500.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
