Remote (global) | Full-time | $5,000–$6,500/month, with a clear path to $10,000+ as you grow with us in the coming 6-8 months.

This is only the second time we've hired for this seat in five years. The last person helped us scale past $2M in revenue. We're looking for the next person to take it further, with a real path into a full-time executive role as we grow.

About View Movement

We're a short-form vertical video agency producing high-volume reels for doctors, authors, thought leaders, and mission-driven creators on a monthly retainer model. Our clients aren't influencers chasing clout. They're people with real missions trying to reach more people, and our work helps them do it.

We need an Operations Manager who can fully own client fulfillment and success: the connective tissue between our clients, our production team, and our internal systems.

This role requires a large amount of responsibility and problem-solving, being able to operate under pressure, quickly solve and resolve client issues, and be able to detach emotionally from outcomes and client feedback.

The Role

You're not producing creative work. You're making sure everything moves on time, clients feel taken care of, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a retention-sensitive seat. Your core value is sharp judgment, fast routing, and proactive detection of delivery risk so problems get solved before clients notice them.

You'll own three core functions:

Client Communication (Slack). Every client has a channel. You respond to or route urgent needs, maintain the right touchpoint rhythm, and make sure no message goes unanswered. You'll lead onboarding calls and walk new clients through the first phases of our service.

Team Coordination (Discord). Our editors, Creative Directors, QCs, and posting managers work across India, Pakistan, and Africa. You unblock overnight requests every morning, manage coverage when someone's out, and assign teams to new clients.

Delivery Control (Master Sheet). Daily audit of every client for quota pacing, 3-day batch SLA, posting inventory, and status accuracy. Escalate delays to the right owner before they become client-facing problems.

You're the go-to person for our clients, but you're not alone. You'll have full backing from our leadership, and fulfillment team.

Availability

This is a full-time role with daily online presence required Monday through Friday, available through 6pm Eastern Time. Our clients and team operate across multiple time zones, and consistent daily ownership is what makes this role work. If you can't commit to daily availability through 6pm ET, this isn't the right seat for you.

Who You Are

Operationally experienced, ideally in an agency, creative, or production environment

Strong judgment under ambiguity. When a batch is delayed or a contractor goes dark, you figure out what happened and solve it. No document prescribes every situation.

Proactive, not reactive. You spot the missing reel in the pipeline on Tuesday before it becomes a missed post on Friday.

Warm and collaborative with clients, direct and clear with contractors. You treat the client relationship as a partnership, not order-taking.

Type A. Organized. Systems-minded and a heart of service.

Reliable on a daily cadence. Skipping a day creates compounding problems across time zones.

Mission-oriented. You actually care about helping our clients get their message out, because the work we do matters.

Tools

Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Typeform. We'll train you on our specific systems.

Compensation and Growth

Starting compensation is $5,000 to $6,500 per month based on experience. This is a role we're investing in long-term.

The right person grows with us into a full-time executive seat at $10,000 to $12,000+ per month as we scale. We're looking for a partner, not a contractor, someone who wants to build something real with us over the coming years.
