Job Summary

The Creative Director is responsible for defining and leading the overall creative vision of the company. This role oversees all creative output, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and high-quality execution across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall creative strategy and vision
• Oversee creative teams including designers, animators, and content creators
• Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables
• Collaborate with senior management, clients, and stakeholders to align creative output with business objectives
• Mentor, guide, and inspire creative team members
• Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 8+ years of creative industry experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in branding, campaigns, and creative strategy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience leading teams in the GCC or Middle East region preferred
• Bilingual Language (Arabic + English)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of government communication standards in the UAE
• Experience working with government, semi-government, or large corporate entities is a plus

• Maintain 90%+ client satisfaction rating across creative deliverables
• Win rate of 40%+ on creative pitches for new business
